VMTurbo Operations Manager 5.6 User Interface Improvements for Large Scale Implementations
VMTurbo Operations Manager release of 5.6 includes substantial improvements to its user interface, resulting from our engineering team’s tireless approach towards customer satisfaction. This blogpost describes the main improvements introduced to the user interface, intended to address both general and specific customer use cases, and make it easier for our customers to get their environment to its desired state.
Improvements for Large Scale Implementations
In large scale implementations (over 10,000 VMs) of VMTurbo, the Operations Manager typically scales horizontally by implementing multiple instances throughout the environment, and controlling them from a holistic user-interface. This user interface enables this scalable architecture that ensures performance and control of extremely large environments from a single view.
Working from a holistic user interface poses different challenges resulting for the need to Observe, Act and Plan for 10s of thousands of VMs from a single VMTurbo UI. The enormous scale requires better aggregated views and the ability to draw insights and act on them for larger clusters. Feeding from the needs and innovative approach of our large scale customers, VMTurbo is constantly improving the user experience in this environment. Here are the main improvements introduced as part of 5.6.
