Virtualization Management Vender Liquidware Labs Granted Two Further Patents

Liquidware Labs Inc. (LWL), the market leader in virtual desktop application assessment and diagnostics, today announced that the USPTO has granted two further patents to Liquidware Labs that focus on the company’s innovation in its nuART™ (Network, User and Application Response Time) and Connector ID technology.

The first patent granted to Liquidware Labs covered the invention of a highly efficient and accurate method to track the most common network activity and response times for individual users. The newly issued patent broadens this patent area to cover the area of all network traffic, and to efficiently track the activity of specific machines or devices as well as users. The other newly issued patent covers the invention of a highly efficient method to embed a signature identifier into each packet for real-time tracking of the health and configuration of desktops according to IT policies.
The patent numbers, in order of being granted, are 7,386,889 (issued 24th June, 2008), 7,549,159 (issued 16th June, 2009) and 7,552,323 (issued 23rd June, 2009). Liquidware Labs has over a dozen other patents-pending in the US and abroad.
