| The following defines how to add additional MetaFrame XP users to be allowed to create and participate in MetaFrame conferences. Important! Only users whose user accounts are assigned both to the MetaFrame Conferencing Manager Conferencing Manager and to the Conference Room published application can participate in a conference. Therefore, if you modify the user assignments, make sure that both published components have identical user assignments. Note: By default the Domain Users groups are added to the Citrix Conference Room published application. 1. Open the Management Console for MetaFrame XP and expand the Applications folder. Right click on the Citrix Conference Room published application and click Properties.  2. Click Users in the left pane and select the desired users and or groups and click OK when finished. . |
