| If you were unable to specify the license type during installation you will be required to specify it before Conferencing Manager will accept connections. The following defines how to specify the license type per server. 1. From the MetaFrame XP server where the Conferencing Manager component is installed, click Start click Programs click Citrix click Citrix Conferencing Manager Configuration Tool. 2. Enter the NetBIOS name, FQDN or IP address of the server acting as the Conferencing Organizer. 
3. Click the Conference Room Licenses tab to specify the license type Click to select the MetaFrame XP server running the Conference Room service in the Server List list box Click to drop down the Choose license type drop down box and select the license type of the above selected conference room server. Click the Set All button if all servers will be configured alike.
