About Simon Townsend

Based in South of the UK, Simon has over 8 years experience in Citrix / Microsoft Terminal Services market which includes involvement at both a reseller and distribution level. For the last 5 years Simon has been a systems engineer at AppSense focused on providing Technical Account Management to both the AppSense channel and customers alike. Simon’s work at AppSense includes consultancy, architecture design and training in additional to being responsible for the SE team, in the UK and more recently, globally.

About Douglas Brown (Host of DABCC Radio)
Douglas Brown worked at Citrix Systems, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2001 to 2004 at which time he was voted Systems Engineer of the Year 2002 by his peers and management at Citrix.
