About James E. Price III
James E. Price III is Vice President, of Product and Channel Marketing for DataCore Software. He is responsible for DataCore’s product and marketing management, business development and strategic direction. Mr. Price has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning technology architecture, sales and service delivery. He is also a VMware Authorized Consultant (VAC) and VMware Certified Instructor (VCI). Mr. Price joined DataCore in 2008 and was most recently CEO of Fairway Consulting Group, Inc., a recognized market leader in server and storage virtualization. Prior to Fairway Consulting, he has held executive positions at BroadSlate Networks, Inc., Iron Mountain, Inc., and IVAX Corporation. Mr. Price is well-recognized in the industry as an expert in virtualization, he is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of systems and storage virtualization and Windows architecture.
About Douglas Brown (Host of DABCC Radio)
Douglas Brown worked at Citrix Systems, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2001 to 2004 at which time he was voted Systems Engineer of the Year 2002 by his peers and management at Citrix. He was awarded the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) by Microsoft Corporation in 2005, 2006, and 2007 for his contributions to the industry. He was also a charter award winner of the Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) for his continued support of the Citrix community.
Mr. Brown authored the popular “Methodology in a Box” book covering best practice project management in a Citrix deployment and developed Advanced Print Manager, a software application for the management of printers in a server based computing environment.
