About Citrix Receiver for iPhone
Citrix Receiver 1.0 is a single auto-updating client that provides users with fast, secure, and easy access to all of the applications they need to work from anywhere. With this release of Citrix Receiver for the iPhone platform, users can access any XenApp hosted application from their Apple iPhone or iPod Touch. Users can view, review, edit, and interact with full-featured Windows applications, documents, and data just like they would if they were at their PC.
- Start Testing - You can start testing apps from XenApp with the new Citrix Receiver right now. Take a look at the Tips and Requirements pages to get started. You may want to start with a separate system to identify which apps are most appropriate to deliver to the iPhone with the best appearance parameters.
- XenApp Cloud Demo - You can set up your own test or demo server in Amazon using the XenApp template we have provided in EC2. This provides an isolated environment that will run over 3G so you can get started without impacting existing test or production systems.
- Doc Finder - There is great new feature of Citrix Receiver called Doc Finder that allows iPhone users to easily; find, view, edit and send documents hosted in the corporate network.
- Use the Forums - If you have questions, issues, suggestions and ideas please use the forums to post and share.
- Mobile Safari - Check out m.iphone.citrix.com for iPhone support and info.
