About Jeffrey Slapp

Jeffrey Slapp is the director of systems engineering and solution architecture at DataCore Software, a leading provider of Hyper-converged Virtual SANSoftware-Defined Storage and Adaptive Parallel I/O Software. He has more than 15 years of virtualization technology experience, including architecting, deploying and supporting large-scale distributed virtual server and virtual storage installations, as well as software development solutions enhancing the underlying virtual technology platform. Before joining DataCore, Mr. Slapp served as chief technology officer at Host.net (formerly BroadbandONE, Inc.). Prior to Host.net, he founded and served as president and chief executive officer of Fairway Consulting Group, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked for Citrix Systems as a software test and development engineer, at Iron Mountain as an enterprise systems team lead, and at Pennsylvania State University as a manager of information systems.
