HPE Service Anywhere is now available in the AWS Marketplace
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace is an online store where customers can browse, purchase, and deploy software. I’m pleased to announce that HPE Service Anywhere is now available in the AWS Marketplace in a newly-created Service Desk category.
HPE Service Anywhere is our SaaS Big Data Service Desk offering within the HPE ITSM Automation Suite. The Suite also includes our on-premise Service Desk, HPE Service Manager, as well as related on-premise tools such as HPE Asset Manager, and HPE UCMDB.
Built on a scalable native SaaS platform, HPE Service Anywhere offers an engaging user experience and built-in industry standard service management processes. In addition HPE Service Anywhere includes a Self-Service Portal that enables employees to browse their company’s service catalog, search for knowledge, pose questions to other users, order services, submit service request tickets, offer improvement suggestions and ideas, and much more. Employing Big Data analytics, HPE Service Anywhere analyzes all structured and structured data to proactively suggest knowledge to employees, enabling them to become increasingly self-sufficient. This cuts down on the number of tickets submitted to the service desk and reduces operational costs for IT organizations. The Self-Service Portal is also available as a native mobile app, so employees can access services and track their requests while on the go.
