How to Deploy Citrix Secure Access Gateway in a Public Cloud Environment
This blueprint documents deploying Citrix Secure Access Gateway in a public cloud environment to enable secure access via a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Citrix Access Gateway Standard Edition is provided as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) running in Amazon EC2. By utilizing the Citrix Secure Access Gateway AMI a secure SSL VPN connection is established to the Amazon EC2 resources. Customers and prospects will benefit from this blueprint by ensuring any applications and data they deploy in the Citrix C3 Lab is secured via SSL VPN.
In this scenario, there is a unique problem to solve:
- Making sure connections into the cloud infrastructure are secure.
- Providing an Access Gateway virtual appliance in the cloud.
