For Second Year in a Row, Flexera Software Selected as a Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplace
Flexera Software, the leading provider of Application Usage Management solutions for application producers and enterprises, is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row, it has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback through an independent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

Employees were asked to complete a confidential survey on a variety of workplace satisfaction issues, and those results were benchmarked against the responses of all participating companies. They were asked to assess, from their perspective, Flexera Software’s organizational health – its direction, the company’s ability to execute, and their connection to Flexera Software. Employees were also asked to assess their jobs – their work, managers as well as compensation and benefits.
Since being named a top Workplace in 2012, Flexera Software has seen sustained growth in all areas of its business including Licensing & Entitlement Management, Software License Optimization, Application Readiness and Installation. To support that growth it has hired 150 people in the last year – and, with more than 40 open positions, the pace of hiring continues unabated in all functional areas, including sales, strategic alliances, engineering, support, marketing, product development, legal, IT and administration.
