Closter-based Ericom Software, an application access and desktop virtualization solutions provider, said Wednesday it was selected by Continuum of Care Inc. to provide up to 700 case-workers with its AccessNow product, which provides browser access to Windows. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Continuum, a mental health non-profit in New Haven, Conn., operates about 40 residential homes across Connecticut. The business said AccessNow, which besides providing browser access to Windows, enables its workers to access their desktops and applications remotely.
“It is important to help maximize the limited IT budget for a non-profit organization, and we are proud that AccessNow can help make it easier for the Continuum of Care staff to take care of those who are in need,” said Ericom President Joshua Behar in a news release.
