Barry Schiffer
Barry Schiffer works as an IT Architect for SLTN Inter Access with over 13 years of IT experience. Next to his deep knowledge of Citrix and RES Software products he gained a broad knowledge in the sphere of IT.During the years he has developed into a specialist on Microsoft Windows, Desktop and Server virtualization and application delivery with Citrix NetScaler. Barry is an active community contributor. He is one of the co-founders and member of the board of the Dutch Citrix User Group.With his accuracy, customer- and service-orientation, Barry is capable to provide a high quality and founded advise to clients. Bas van Kaam
About 17 years ago Bas van Kaam started his IT career as a helpdesk support technician from where he worked his way up to system engineering, consulting and architecting mostly by self-study, attending seminars, conferences and webinars, something which he enjoys doing still. From a technical point of view he specializes in (partly) designing, building, maintaining, troubleshooting and optimizing Microsoft & SBC / VDI (Citrix) oriented infrastructures for mid-sized and larger companies. Bas is well known within the community for his contributions on his own personal website / blog: basvankaam.com where he shares his thoughts and knowledge on an ongoing basis. He is also a frequent presenter / speaker on national as well as international events and conferences like the Dutch Citrix User Group (DuCUG), the Expert to Expert Virtualization Conference (E2EVC) and the Virtual Community NRW (Germany). He has been part of the Match.GeeK program during Citrix Synergy and also spoke at the first ever Virtual Expo (webinar) where he presented on Citrix native Printing. He loves the myCUGC community and as such is a (very) frequent forum visitor, contributor and has been appointed as one of the forum moderators. Dave Brett
Dave Brett (@dbretty) is an End User Computing, Cloud and Mobility Technical Architect based in the UK with a passion for delivering solutions that are innovative, resilient and most importantly great for the end user to work on and use. He has recently been awarded as one of the founding member for the Citrix Technology Advocate (CTA) program and leads the Citrix Networking Special Interest Group on myCUGC with a fellow CTA and one of the CTP’s. Dominik Britz
Dominik Britz is an IT Consultant out of Cologne, Germany. I work for the company sepago which you may know from the tool “sepagoPROFILE” what’s now “Citrix Profile Management”. I’m doing Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop projects since more than six years now. Since 2015 I’m also working with the VMware End User Computing stack – View, AppVolumes, UEM, etc. At sepago we have a PowerShell framework to automate Citrix XenApp installations and I have the pleasure to be one of the developers. PowerShell has done it to me since I started to develop on the sepago framework. I don’t like the idea of doing things twice and I’m absolutely dote with automation. PowerShell is my instrument of choice because that’s the way to go today – I think you agree to me on that point. And that’s whats it’s about in my blog, bringing together PowerShell and the products I work with every day and to share this knowledge and scripts.

Benny Tritsch
Dr. Benny Tritsch is a solution architect, market analyst, community leader, author and founder of DrTritsch.com. He is a Subject Matter Expert in IT virtualization, user workspace management and monitoring, Cloud technologies, enterprise mobility, graphics remoting and remote end user experience benchmarking. In his role as a principal consultant and technical evangelist he works with customers and partners across Europe and North America. Benny started his professional career in IT after he had received a master of science degree in physics for his research work at CERN. He also has an extensive background in web architecture and information security. He holds a degree from the University of Houston, C.T. With over 8 years of experience in the tech industry (virtualization and enterprise mobility), Kristin Montag became an Enterprise Mobility Specialist. She gained her extensive knowledge of this market in her roles as Product Manager and eventually Managing Director at Cortado Mobile solutions, a company providing a complete solution for Enterprise Mobility with a focus on mobile productivity. Before her change to Product Management, she gained 7 years of experience in international sales covering France, USA, Nordics and Germany. Martijn Bosschaart

Thomas Poppelgaard
Poppelgaard is a technology evangelist and subject matter expert in remote graphics and helping companies virtualize 2D/3D graphics in the cloud for customers around the world. He specializes in how CAD/CAE/CAM/entertainment/media applications can be virtualized with Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft SBC/VDI technologies with NVIDIA and AMD offerings, he has worked extensively with Citrix HDX 3D Pro since 2008. In 2011 he was one of the organizers of a successful event where vendors including Citrix, HP, Autodesk and NVIDIA were gathered to demonstrate HDX 3D Pro to a wider audience, and in 2013 he spoke at NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference and at Citrix HQ on a Webinar for global markets.

Steve Kaplan
Steve Kaplan (@ROIdude on Twitter) is Vice President of Client Strategy for Nutanix. Kaplan formerly co-founded, ran and sold two IT professional services businesses. Along with writing hundreds of articles and white papers, he has co-authored 7 books on Citrix technologies (all Official Citrix Guides) and 3 books on VMware technologies. Kaplan frequently presents on virtualization and cloud at venues across the globe. He helped pioneer the ROI methodologies used in the virtualization and has held positions on the advisory boards of several industry manufactures including Microsoft and EMC. Kaplan was both a Microsoft MVP (4 years) and VMware vExpert (7 years). Kaplan has an MBA from Northwestern and a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

Sacha Thomet
Sacha Thomet is a Citrix-Geek who likes to share knowledge. I’m working since more than 10 years with Citrix products and more than 15 years in IT. I’m not a programmer but I love scripting, started with DOS command-line (*.bat, *.cmd) continued with VB-Script (*.vbs) and now since 2013 also PowerShell. I love the coexistence from Windows, Mac, Linux and other operating Systems. This is an aspect what makes Citrix products so indispensable and gives the chance to use every operating system where it’s best please. And yes I’m certified, I’m a Citrix Certified Integration Architect for Virtualization (CCIA) and Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization (CCE-V on XenDesktop 7.x). In February 2016 I received the Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) Award.

Scott Bollinger
Scott Bollinger has been an information technology professional since 1992. The majority of that time employed in the financial and insurance sectors, living at different times all over the US.Mr. Bollinger have enjoyed a wide variety of job functions: PC support, systems administration, information security, network design, internal and external consulting, data forensics, investigations, incident response, virtualization, and storage. Roddy Rodstein
Roddy is one of the most respected Oracle Cloud experts in the Oracle community, having designed, architected, and managed many of the worlds largest and most complex public, private and hybrid Oracle Clouds. Mr. Rodstein spent six years at Citrix and three years at Oracle supporting virtualization, cloud computing and application delivery solutions for Global 100, Fortune 500, and SMB customers. Wilco van Bragt
founder and author of the VanBragt.Net Virtualization website. On this website Wilco publishes virtualization related product reviews, articles, reviews of freeware products and blogs about several virtualization topics and events. Wilco also writes for other well-known virtualization websites and is member of the Dutch Citrix User Group (DuCUG) Steering board. Wilco also presents/presented on several events like BriForum, E2EVC, NGN, DuCUG and Citrix Synergy. After working for a couple of consulting firms as a senior technical consultant and technical project leader Wilco started his own freelance company VanBragt.Net Consultancy in April 2008.
