Virtualization specialists acknowledged as company of the year in London ceremony

Atlantis Computing®, the leading provider of Software-Defined Storage (SDS), today announced that it has been awarded ‘Virtualization Company of the Year’ at the 2015 Storage, Virtualization and Cloud (SVC) Awards. Atlantis was recognized as the leading supplier of virtualization products and services in the EMEA market, as voted by readers of Angel publications. This is more validation of the Atlantis vision to provide its customers with a solution that is both agile and efficient at significantly lower costs.

The annual SVC awards bring together industry experts to recognize innovative products, projects and services, as well as companies and teams operating in the cloud, virtualization and storage sectors. The awards recognize the achievements of end-users, channel partners and vendors alike.

The ‘Virtualization Company of the Year’ award underscores the commitment that Atlantis has in the SDS and hyper-converged markets. The Atlantis solution is the first turnkey hyper-converged appliance to deliver all-flash performance for all applications at 50 to 90 percent lower cost than traditional storage or other hyper-converged appliances. It’s also the only hyper-converged appliance available on four leading server platforms (HP, Cisco, Lenovo or SuperMicro) and multiple hypervisors (VMware or Citrix).
