What can I say? I finally did it and I joined the Twitter craze!
The goal for my existence on Twitter is to share with you the different technologies that I find cool, not just relating to Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, and other virtualization solutions, but I will discuss all the technologies that I find cool, the ideas I find awesome, and I will post notes about new product launches and updates. I might just also rant a bit about the many things I find silly or just downright piss me off. You know, all the FUD that is thrown around on a day-to-day basis.
My goal is to make my Twitter fun and educational not drivel and annoying, I hope. But don't worry, I only get 140 characters per post, so I can't rant too long, which is good for everyone, right? This ought to be fun and interesting.
Now I know some of you might remember the twitter rant I posted earlier this year on DABCC.com where I detailed my deep disdain for Twitter and all the useless posts I was being annoyed with. Well, my opinion has not changed and I'm not begging for forgiveness as I'm still annoyed by the many people who want to tell me the fine details of their day-to-day lives but don't worry, that will not be me. If you want to know when I give my little girl a bath, if I'm on my way to a movie, and/or if I'm sitting in an airport waiting for a plane home then I'm sorry to say you won't find it on Twitter or DABCC.com. You will just find a slew of "Doug" goodness and at the same time I hope you will find some of it educational too. After all, that is my goal...
