The new team has already achieved record success at PERFMAN. In the first half of 2008, PERFMAN achieved software revenue growth of nearly 130% compared with the same period in the previous year. In that period, PERFMAN also saw a four-fold increase in revenue from products for the VMware platform as the company worked to extend its leadership in the virtualization management space. Veteran Executive Team to Lead PERFMAN
Prior to joining PERFMAN, Lance Roncalli was senior vice president of sales, marketing, and strategy at Maximus, Inc. (NYSE: MMS). At Maximus, Lance managed the global distribution and marketing of software products across multiple business units, the products' international expansion, and new product strategy for the company's software businesses. Previously, he served as executive vice president of worldwide sales and president of Fiberlink International, where he was responsible for expanding the company's growth, increasing revenue, maintaining corporate profitability, and all global customer activity. Lance also held U.S. and international roles at IHS Group, Inc. (NYSE: IHS), an international data management company.
Ed Parks was previously vice president of worldwide engineering at Neoware, where he drove the development of thin clients and enterprise desktop management software, developed strategy, and led the integration of 10 acquisitions in the U.S., Europe, and China. Previously, Ed was corporate director of product and market development and director of engineering for Commodore Business Machines. He also spent 10 years in various engineering management positions at Eastman Kodak.
Keith Pensabene was formerly a sales director with Fiberlink Communications. During his eight-year career at Fiberlink, Keith closed more than 100 customer contracts, earning the distinction of "Top Sales Director" for each of his last three years and playing an instrumental role in growing company revenues tenfold. Keith has also held sales leadership positions with AT&T (NYSE: T) and Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX).
rek Rodner was previously responsible for worldwide marketing at EnterpriseDB, where he helped to establish the company as the leading provider of products and services based on the PostgreSQL open source database. Prior to that, Derek held several marketing positions at Unisys (NYSE: UIS), where he led the company's open source initiative.
