DeNamiK just released version 1.2 of their freeware (up to 35 concurrent users) load testing tool for Citrix/Terminal Server/Provision Networks environments. This tool helps to perform massive load tests in a simplified manner, something which is important to any centralized computing environment. Version 1.2 includes features like:

Native "Local Client" support, this means you can test any (Windows based) environment, your Citrix Access Gateway or: well you can do the math ;). The Local Clients are in fact the LoadBot machines which can run a script, executable or one of the scripts out of the DeNamiK User Action Framework (see attached document),

Improved control of the LoadBots;

Citrix sessions are created via http only; no more UDP;

Reporting will now work for RDP and Provision Network loadtests too;

We have changed the freeware version (35 Virtual Users and 3 Local Clients) and introduced a light version (200 Virtual Users and 20 Local Clients), we have done this because the introduction time (one year) has passed, also the support and development costs have increased;
