Trying to track down and resolve technical citrix problems? Is your help desk staff experiencing troubles knowing where to start with their Citrix troubleshooting? If so then you need this To help you through the process, this document explains the necessary steps you need to do for effective troubleshooting on a Citrix environment. In addition, this document addresses some common problems.
Due to a few user requests, we have added Visio 2002 templates and I've also re-pdf'ed the troubleshooting guide to optimize it to print a bit faster. It is recommend you print this document through a PostScript printer driver.
