Citrix just released Citrix Receiver for Mac v1.2 for download! With Receiver for Mac, along with Citrix XenApp and Dazzle, you will be able to search for and run Windows apps as if they were locally installed on your Mac.

Citrix Receiver for Mac together with the Citrix Merchandising Server and the Online plug-in for Mac version 11.1 is used to deliver enterprise computing as a service.

Citrix Receiver for Mac can only be configured and installed in conjunction with the Citrix Merchandising Server 1.2.

Receiver 1.2 for Mac supports the 32- and 64-bit Intel versions of Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).

Difficulty installing on Mac
I was trying to install the new Citrix Xenapp on a friends Macbook Pro 13" recently so that he could access our company's network. It seemed to install ok, but when we tried to log on to our network we had an error message that said that the Apple script could not run. I noticed that the Citrix folder was missing from the Library . I had installed it on my Macbook Pro 15" a few months ago and it installed just fine. I had the previous version which was the Citrix ICA client. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not.

Can you help as to why Citrix would not install. My friend has Leopard on Macbook Pro.
