With all the right components in place, the Symantec Endpoint Virtualization Suite (EVS) is becoming a compelling option for enhancing virtual and traditional desktop implementations.
Not to be confused with the client side hypervisor initiatives from Citrix
) or VMware
(vClient), this technology is best described as a workspace management solution. EVS virtualizes the endpoint, providing users a common desktop experience regardless of whether they use a rich (fat) client, thin client, or web browser.
