The Goliath Application Availability Monitor is an application monitoring tool that monitors the availability and performance of Citrix, VMware, Microsoft RDS, and more, as well as any/all of its hosted applications or desktops.

This tool is meant to help IT departments from all industries — including healthcare, where we have built-in integration into Cerner Millennium, Epic, MEDITECH, and Allscripts applications.

Our application performance monitoring tool acts as an early warning system for your IT department. Our Goliath system user actively exercises, based on an easily-defined schedule, the same application or desktop delivery infrastructure that your real end users do when launching these VDI applications or desktops.

As a result, we provide the only authentically verifiable account of login success or failure, along with screenshots for correlated evidence. This is great for making reports, and it’s especially useful (for example) in helping service providers (DaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and more) provably meet their SLAs. It can also help you to catch items that logs wouldn’t necessarily record, such as client-side errors or issues with second stage authentication.

This video is from the fine folks at Goliath Technologies.

Goliath Technologies is the only end to end monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation solution for Citrix that is truly proactive. There isn’t another product that provides the deep metrics and analysis necessary for organizations to get ahead of issues in the three key areas that most often cause pain for end users: logon initiation, logon duration and session performance. Goliath’s one product combines the ability to simulate logons, drill down into the 33 stages of the logon process, isolate each of the HDX/ICA channels by user, and alert in real time if a performance threshold is breached. This, coupled with historical reports and trending analysis makes the product critical to an IT organization responsible for delivering a seamless end user experience.
